Training:

Our training is highly practical and action-oriented. It is tailored to move young people from learning to earning. It is based on the CareerEdge model and the self-efficacy theory. It takes a four pronged approach.

Step 1: Self-awareness - you learn about your self-awareness and discover how your strengths and values shape your career choices.

Step 2: Opportunity awareness – you will learn how to locate available jobs.

Step 3: Decision making - Matching your skills to the desired jobs

Step 4: Taking action - Crafting application letters, personal statements, CVs and stepping into the interview room.

This is course takes 1 month divided into 2hr sessions per week accompanied with practical assignments to be accomplished before the next session. These valuable skills will cost you only Ksh.8,000 a month.

Resource Mobilization

You will be helped to understand the importance of diversification, why do people give, and what do donors look for. How do you determine your targets and how do you measure sustainability. The course is tailored for working professionals. Training hours are on weekends particularly on Saturday online and will cost you ksh.12,000 only for 4 weekly sessions.

Proposal Writing

What makes a good proposal, steps in writing a proposal, proposal components, and how to market your proposal. The course runs for 4 weeks at a cost of Ksh.12,000 only.
